This is a stunning original 1950's silk chiffon cocktail party / prom dress and sheer coat ensemble. The light brown / tan color is like sparkling maple sugar. The curve hugging fitted bodice has a pleated shelf bust over a fitted waist with full pleated skirt. Note the 9 1/2" deep hem. Dress is fully lined with a matching light brown sugar silky shimmery acetate. Closes with back metal zipper. A spectacular sheer silk coat completes this ensemble. It's a simple coat swith short sleeves with large pointed turn back cuffs.

This is a stunning original 1950's taffeta and velvet cocktail party / prom dress. Made of the swishiest silkiest midnight black taffeta, this beauty features a classic New Look silhouette with a fitted bodice, nipped waist and impressive full skirt. This fabric is the heavy taffeta that has such fabulous body that it nearly doesn't need a crini. The silken black velvet bodice features front ruched petal attachement that enhances a small bust. It is trimmed with a black velvet ribbon bow with streamers. The straps are made of black velvet ribbon also. The nipped waist is accented with a ruched or gathered cumberbund effect and sits over an amazingly full skirt that rustles and swings with movement! The bodice is fully lined and zips up the back with a metal zipper.

The champagne colored acetate satin is soft but of high quality material designed to hug your every curve. The camisole bodice has spaghetti straps and has a pleated suplice (faux wrap style), Fitted waist accented with self fabric piping sits over a slim pencil skirt with back kick pleat. Dress is fully lined with a silky peachy acetate faille. Closes with back metal zipper. A spectacular bolero jacket completes this ensemble. It's a simple short jacket with three quarter sleeves trimmed in dramatic Golden Island Fox fur. Jacket is similarily lined with the peach fabric and has snaps for attaching shields under the arms.
