This Vintage Little Vogue pattern # 1272 is near and dear to my heart. This pattern was sewn for my niece in 1983, to wear in my wedding, when she was the flowergirl. THe high-fitted, slightly flared unlined jacket has a jewel neckline, three-quarter length kimono sleeves, ribbon and topstitch trim. Wide, straight-legged pants and A-line skirt have elasticized waistline, side front slit pockets and ribbon trim forming carrieres for self-tie belt. The loose-fitting blouse has a narrow, stand-up collar, front buttoned band closing, full length sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs and edgestitch trim. Fronts do not meet.
