neat idea. a cork base lamp. imagine putting all your post earrings through it to store. how pretty! keep the backs in a cute little bowl beside it or a spice jar with holes large enough to shake one at a time out (what I'm using now).

Looking for a creative way to store my scarves. This might work. Needs to be wall mounted though.
