Madeira made vintage handkerchiefs are some of the most sought after by collectors, because of their beautiful quality. This is a Franshaw made hankie with 2 original labels. One reads Franshaw Exclusive, the other reads: Hand Embroidered in Madeira. The stylized monogram G is done in a pink satin stitch with reverse embroidered flowers as accents. There are also French dots and a pink corner trimmed with cutwork. Hankie measures 14" square.Excellent unused vintage condition.

Beautiful set of three vintage embroidered handkerchiefs, Swiss made with French lace. Hankies are still attached to original card, with original folds. There are 2 labels, one gold foil which reads all Cotton Made in Switzerland, and one small label which reads: French Val lace. That would stand for French Valenciennes lace. The three embroidery designs are pink rosebuds, small violet nosegays, and little garlands of blue forget me nots.

Reminiscent of a Victorian beauty this lovely porcelain teapot features a gorgeous design of woodland birds and stunning florals. There are several different birds, several which appear to be look bluebird, sparrows and finches among others. The birds perch on branches of violets along with white and pink blossoms. Oh the golden poppies of California look so nice against the chocolate brown background of this vintage hankie. I used to live near the California State Poppy Reserves and there is nothing quite as beautiful as fields and hillsides of the wild poppies.Stunning blooming poppies take up the entire center of the hankie, leaving about a 2" border of brown. The vintage hankie has a white hand rolled hem. The main corner has one larger blooming poppy with the words: California Golden Poppy written below. A beautiful addition to any travel or souvenir handkerchief collection. Very nice vintage condition with no damage.

Just so elegant and gorgeous, you will love this Christmas holiday tablecloth. 72" x 90" oblong tablecloth comes complete with 8 matching napkins. A creamy ivory with lush deep red border, and gold metallic accents. The tablecloth has a nice 4 inch deep border and the embroidery work is just beautifully done. The design consists of a golden scroll cutwork design topped by rich 2 toned red poinsettia with golden veins. Nestled among the poinsettia is a gold sparkling candle. The design borders the entire table cloth and also frames the center of the cloth. The 8 lovely napkins are ivory with a sprig of leaves in one corner. The embroidered corner has a little scallop to it. The napkins measure about 17" square each. The table cloth is 100% acrylic, but looks like linens. Has enchanting red tassels for an added extra touch of elegance. The tassels are attached to a small loop in the corners, rather than sewn on for easier care in washing.

Gorgeous golden fall chrysanthemums look fabulous against the navy blue background on this vintage ladies handkerchief. The hankie has a nice scalloped edge and measured about13.5" square. The mums are in several shades of yellows and golds and have added white clover springing up behind them. A beautiful handkerchief for fall. This vintage hankie is in excellent vintage condition with no damage.The color might look more royal blue in photos, it is navy blue. From a recent estate sale in New York, you will just love this vintage ladies handkerchief. I personally think this is one of those handkerchiefs that looks better in person than photos can show! The colors are just so appealing with the red shaded roses and rosebuds on the pretty lemon yellow. The rose vines make a window pane look and the center 4 panes are white. The border is the pretty yellow. Mixed with the lovely roses are small white daisies. The greenery adds the perfect contrast to color. A wonderful vintage hankie in excellent condition with no damage. Appears to have been unused. Hankie measures about 14"" square and has a rather pointed scalloped edge.
