Book shelf SALKIM is not how we imagine a typical book shelf to be - instead of solid wood, thin steel wire was used to form pendants, which hold together group of books. Each bundle can be hung onto the next, up to an entire curtain of books. Whether shallow trash, strong meat or heavy stuff – a breeze gets each book package to swing softly, and thus highlights the airiness of this construction. SALKIM can be loaded with paperbacks or smaller hard covers, CDs or DVDs.
