Black polka dots march up and down this clear raincoat. The hem, collar, sleeves and pockets are lined with solid black. There are air holes under the arms and I can find no rips or tears. There is a dark smudge on the left side under the pocket where it looks like something like ink bled into the clear part. But it is minimal and doesn't distract from the rest of the raincoat.
