This multi-piece, stainless steel buffet server is a unique and versatile addition to any kitchen. Use it 3 ways! With all pieces in use, it is a heatable buffet server with durable, see-through lids covering three separate 2.5-quart trays. Remove the 3 tray inserts and you've got a large, 7.5-quart serving tray that can be used atop the heating unit --- or as a standalone, stove-top or oven cooking/serving pan . Or - remove all trays and lids and the a unit is a flat, traditional warming tray onto which your own pots or dishes can be heated for serving. The adjustable temperature control heats the unit from 135-185 degrees F. The main serving unit is 7.5-quarts with stainless steel construction with cast aluminum handles --- and can be used with the heated buffet base or as a standalone oven or stove-top safe unit. Features: 3 separate 2.5-quart tray inserts with lids fit inside the main unit -- for serving a greater variety of dishes. The unit can also be used a flat, traditional warming tray.
