The hat base is made of what appears to be pink bombazine fabric with interwoven braids to add detail and structure to the hat base. The hat has bows on both sides with rhinestone detailing to add some flash to the hat. The hat sits on the top of the head and clamps the sides of the head gently. The hat measures 23 inches on the interior, however, the hat sides can be adjusted an additional inch for a larger head. The hat is in excellent condition with no rips, stains or tears.
