This is a beautiful, backless, handmade, one of a kind, corset style, top made from vintage and recycled materials. This top has figure flattering princess cut seams in the front and ties to close in the back. All of the lace in this top is vintage lace, gleaned from several sources. The rayon was a factory second and the distressed, soft silky blue taffeta, was vintage from a flea market find. the lace used as a base for the front is from a vintage cotton lace curtain and has been dyed a pale teal blue. Beads and sequins have been added around the ruffled black lace neckline for just a little sparkle. This top looks great casual with jeans, or dressed up with a great flowing or fitted skirt.
This skirt is a one of a kind deconstructed piece, the yoke of this skirt is from a pair of vintage 1980's, Gloria Vanderbilt, cotton blue velvet, jeans, and four crocheted cotton, rectangular doilies. The top skirt is from a vintage 70's cotton crocheted mini-dress and it has an under skirt which was salvaged from a vintage, girls, cotton gauze, dress to which a crinkled taffeta ruffle with raw edges, has been added for that great layered bohemian look.. The original pants zipper is still in use as the front closure and a decorative lace up application has been added to the back yoke. The watch pocket has been appliquéd with a sequined flower patch in deep royal blue (hard to see in the pictures), in order to cover the swan monogram that is Gloria Vanderbilt's insignia. All of the original pants pockets are still usable, as the crocheted rectangles were sewn on by hand with sturdy quilting thread,or tacked on with vintage buttons in the back. According to the garment tags this is a size 10 (1980's sizes)

This is a rare vintage find. A Mexican wedding dress made of embroidered black cotton strips and black lace. The embroidery is all done by hand on medium weight cotton with alternating strips of heavy black lace. This dress has bell sleeves and and a semi fitted bodice with bust and waist darts. It is a floor length "caftan" style dress, with a metal zipper back closure. I've attempted a lot of research on this dress and the closest I can get to dating it is anywhere between 1930's and 1950's my best guess would be 1940's. This dress is in very good condition with a little lace fraying on the shoulder. There is a matching shawl if you are interested in purchasing this dress with the shawl please message me for pictures, it is also in excellent condition.
This is a gorgeous vintage evening bag likely from the 1950's maybe earlier,it is encrusted with beaded floral motifs in barely pink, white, and mint green, rocaille seed beads,it features teardrop dangles, and iridescent sequins. This bag is in "near perfect" condition, and would be perfect for a wedding purse ("something old" is a great bridal gift!!) the interior is spotless, working clasp and hinges, all beads and sequins seem to be counted for. The Bag has a twist clasp closure, serpentine chain strap handle which can switch to interior (to make the bag a clutch), and white satin interior. Made by Richere in Hong Kong.
