"For a very short time I was fortunate enough to have access to a wonderful lithography studio. Lithography is a printing process where you take a very specific type of limestone, draw directly on it; etch your drawing into the stone and then print the image onto paper. It is an incredibly physical, time consuming and rewarding process which allows the artist to achieve some of the richest blacks I have ever seen. It is very likely that I will never again have the good fortune to work in this medium. This is a great opportunity for anyone who appreciates art to own a real treasure."
"They are a series of Tables that I have designed called "Tableaux Cloths". I designed them to fill a need I had for a low cost, yet stylish solution for a covered table. They come in a number of different sizes. The Tableaux cloths come in beige with a black image but can be custom colored (for just a little bit more) in any Pantone color you choose, so the possibilities are endless! I love the whimsical blend of antique and modern, and have used them in many different situations. It is one of my favorite tricks! They are currently available at Colburn Sassaman, and we are happy to ship all over the world."
""Toad on a Toadstool" is part of an ongoing series of woodland creature prints made by husband and wife team Paul Roden and Valerie Lueth. This is NOT a digitally reproduced print. This image is a hand-carved woodblock that has been printed through a press onto paper by the artists (Paul and Valerie)."
