This was, originally, an SV650. The engine, radiator, and most of the frame are still there, but everything else seems to have been replaced or cut or modified.

Inexpensive nylon saddlebags for most sport motorcycles. Not enormous, but they'll hold a change of clothes.

I can't tell if these would come up above my ankle or not-- but they're more ventilated than my current boots, and offer more toe protection as well. They have a hard plastic toe-cap and a bit of armor on the outside near the heel as well.

I finally got these boots and they really are good-- they come up high enough, the toe-guard makes shifting comfortable, and they are well-enough ventilated for use in hot weather, and look OK for the office.

It's tall enough I could lean on it to take some weight off my wrists.
