Nevertheless, since the item was obviously shipped the same day I ordered it then the tracking number should have been available much sooner. Did it affect the likelihood of me ordering from the vendor again? No but it was somewhat frustrating just the same.

It was the product and not the serivice so I am rating Superdigitalmedia's highyly as they were efficient in handling the request to return item with no annoying questions. Although I have not yet received my return I am assuming it will be done smoothly

The superdigitalmedia.com is a fake. The phone number listed leads to a voice-mail system that is FULL. The Address listed on their website is the the same address as the Comp USA retail store in Mt. Laurel, NJ. They require you to send Western Union money transfer to a Morley Eric at Via Palermo, 12,00184, Rome, Italy (a hotel). You send money, there is no way of getting it back. I'm not taking my chances.
