It's a weird, wild world when I can buy Soy Not Oi at the touch of a button rather than from a snarling crusty, but this book is a classic. Some of the recipes don't work: there, I said it. The thing is, who cares? Many of the recipes are awesome, and most of them can be made with common, cheap ingredients: can't say the same for most published vegan recipes.
