My brother and sister in law have 2 King Charles Spaniels and they are great dogs. The only problem they have had with the dogs is they get really excited when guests (like me) come to the house and the dogs jump up on them. The dogs nails can be sharp and have broken skin once, but the dogs are very playful and never mean. For teenagers and adults, I think they would be great dogs. I'm concerns about small children just because of the jumping factor. They are adorable and sometimes look like they are frowning. It's so cute. Check them out.
