PRODUCT DETAILS - Metal: 14K Gold Vermeil with brushed matte finish - Necklace Length: Adjustable from 16" to 18" - 14K Gold Vermeil Lobster Claw Clasp RECENTLY SEEN IN: The Medium Fiore Necklace has been worn by both Jessica Alba in Us Weekly, and by Hamptons Magazine editor Cindi Cook on E! News. INSPIRATION: The Fiore Collection comes from the inspiration I received in Florence, Italy. Florence was the city that gave me the opportunity to fully embrace art. I pursued drawing, painting, sculpture, and most importantly, I was introduced to jewelry. One of the most captivating features of the city is the architecture adorned with such precise and beautiful detail. A prominent symbol is the Florentine version of the "fleur-de-lis," which inspired my flower ('fiore') collection with similar clean, yet bold design elements. By giving the silver a high polish, I was able to demonstrate the pure reflectivity of the metal, which I feel brings out the full essence of the pieces. Conversely, the matte finish of the gold softens the look with a balance of color and texture.

As a general rule, I don't like to spend more than $100 on any one item of clothing (unless it is a very special coat or dress), and for all practical purposes, if I want to eat, I really shouldn't spend more than that. That makes buying accessories difficult. I always want the latest "It" bag or shoes (who doesn't?), but I absolutely do not have the budget to buy ...
Even in the stone age, people wore necklaces. Scientists have found rudimentary necklaces with shells, animal bone, and rock on string as far back 30,000 B.C. It was said that Napoleon started a war over the necklace Marie Antoinette purchased. Over the centuries jewelry has greatly evolved, and today you can find many beautiful styles either though using the internet or simply stopping off at you...
