Though introduced more than half a century ago, this outstanding, popular variety is still the standard by which new yellow Daylilies are judged. It is one of the most prolifically flowering plants ever, with delightfully fragrant 3-inch blooms of a soft citron-yellow color that "carries" a great distance. Perfectly hardy and very long-lived, it is excellent for naturalizing and rapidly forms impressive clumps, while the blooms, opening mid- to late summer, make choice cut flowers. So outstanding, it received the Award of Merit from the Royal Horticulture Society! 40 inches high. Zones 4-9.
