Description
The GB-8008 Base Unit Google Search Appliance from Google is capable of indexing up to 30 Million documents with purchased upgrades. It supports 25 queries per second and offers file system crawl. Additionally, it incorporates all features of the Google Mini plus like Query Expansion, Database Feeds, Security Content, Raid Support (automatic failover) and Content Mgt/Portals (Content Feeds API). Equipped with a continuous crawler, it can search in many languages. In addition, it also features a 40U form factor rack mountable server. Apart from the HTML, PDF, MS Office and IBM Office Suites, it also supports 220 other file types and allows you the freedom to search in any language.
