This issue is caused by incompatibilities in AF control at short distances. This issue can be corrected on the D70 and D2H cameras through firmware upgrades and on the D100 by taking your camera to an authorized Nikon service rep. According to Fujifilm, there is a possibility that you may experience the same problems when using this lens with the S2 and S3 Pro cameras. This issue can be corrected through firmware upgrades.
