Ask Heidi...this Cecillia De Bucourt top is amazing. The hardware on it speaks for it self and then the light tie dye pattern is so unquie and chic. Convenient tie back to adjust the fit as off the shoulder or cowl neck. Longer fit, fitted bottom. 100% Viscose. Hand Wash, do not tumble dry. Made in India.
