Legendary DJ Norman Jay MBE is one of England's foremost DJs since his involvement with London's Notting Hill Carnival in 1980. He has pioneered the sound of rare grooves, house, and acid jazz. In November 2002, Norman was awarded a well deserved MBE - one of the highest accolades given to citizens who live under the English monarchy - for his "services to music and DJing."
