Description
Unlike traditional knife blocks that only accommodate specific cutlery, this is the only slotless block that holds any knife or kitchen utensil, regardless of size or shape. Thousands of spaghetti-thin, flexible plastic rods are compressed together inside the block. When a knife is inserted anywhere on the surface, the rods spread to accommodate the blade and hold the knife in place through friction. Ideal for cooks with multiple sets of knives, the slotless knife block stores up to 14 of your preferred kitchen tools and eliminates the need to confine mismatched cutlery to a drawer. The rods are made from food-grade, durable plastic that won't dull edges like wooden blocks, and they remove from the block en masse to allow ease of cleaning in a sink.
