As a child, I enjoyed inventing toys. As an adult, I became environmentally-conscious, and now transform recycled goods. I began by crafting figures from scrap--mostly from cars and bicycles. I began to create sculptures, soldering the pieces together and giving them shape as I imagined they should look. I select recycled items that can be used, cleaning them thoroughly. I then solder them together until I achieve my design, then give it a protective coat of varnish. My sculptures are so successful that, today, I sell only my own works.
