Very cute piece! This one is early 80s, done in an ultra soft midnight black poly (pics lightened to show detail). It's short sleeved and does have shoulder pads (easily removable). Gathered at the shoulders, as well as the drop waist. Bottom is finished with lots of black sleek fringe. Definitely has a roaring 20s flapper feel to the design. Collar is round in front and a V in the back. Very nice condition - some of the fringe needs to be evened up. Small 1/2" section in back seam needs to be stiched shut. Cute sassy piece. Has a nice stretch.
