Description
A recording artist since the late 60s, Gilbert O'Sullivan accumulated no less than fourteen top-forty hits during the 70s, including "Clair", "Alone Again (Naturally)", "Get Down" and "Nothing Rhymed", with number one singles on both sides of the Atlantic, as well as four top-five UK albums. The past few years have seen him returning to the limelight with his Best Of album "The Berry Vest Of" going Top 20 in the UK Album charts March 2004. In 2007 all the classic O'Sullivan ingredients are here: wry lyrical humour and bittersweet melody, with Gilbert's trademark piano playing to the fore.
