While this pure extra virgin olive oil is known for its creamy, buttery taste and golden yellow color, perhaps it is most unique for its traditional pressing technique. Made from olives of the Altinoluk region, these olives are cold water pressed in stone granite mills and filtered through cotton fibers, as olive oil was traditionally made.
