Shaheen-inspired, draped, 1980's wrap wiggle. In cotton. A narrow retro-50s Hawaiianna-be with vampy stylings --- sexy surplice top, bust-draping (starts at the shoulders), wide belt (exaggerated hourglass), and skirt narrows towards the hem. Diagonal draping travels from collar to knees. Big floral print in white & shades of blue. Back closes with big white buttons from neck to hem. Kick pleat.
