Black MOURNING Handkerchief Wide Crocheted Lace Trim In days gone by a lady was never without her handkerchief in her purse or pocket. Since some of the more elaborate or colorful hankies were not appropriate for all occasions, hence was the creation of the mourning hankie. This simple yet elegant lace edged hankie would be a beautiful mourning, or pocket hankie. This ladies hankie is about 13" square and has a 1.5" wide crocheted cotton lace trim.
