The Red Vardia Edition Starscream: Toshiba/Paramount Japanese Exclusive Starscream is an extremely scarce version of the original Voyager Class Starscream enhanced by a magniloquent red and gold color scheme. One of the more outré-looking robots of the Voyager Class, Starscream features an F-22 Raptor mode and an imposing, almost insectoid robot mode. Starscreamâs thick arms are equipped with ponderous missile-launchers. The Movie continuity Starscream is loyal to his Gen 1 incarnation in that he is driven purely by avarice and opportunism; plying his private agenda with various acts of subversion and duplicity, Starscream is disdainful of Megatronâs brutality, and is eager to replace Megatron as the leader of the Decepticons.
