Britney Spears, Mya, Hilary Duff, and Aaron Carter have become American cultural icons for the youth market, thanks in no small part to their meticulously planned and choreographed, flashy, high-energy dance moves. In the release Freestyle, from Lionsgate Home Entertainment, celebrity choreographer Brian Friedman, the man responsible for putting together the routines of many such superstars, is seen auditioning and then training an audience of young hopefuls, teaching them the latest moves of Spears, Mya, Duff, and Carter (all of whom make guest appearances in the program). The newcomers then perform the moves before a live audience of music industry professionals at the infamous Key Club, on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood. Young viewers can learn the moves at home by observing Friedman and his prot?g?s and practicing with them. ~ Nathan Southern, All Movie Guide
