This Toshiba 20SLDT1 20" Multi-System LCD TV with built-in DVD player is designed to receive and display all Analog television broadcasts following NTSC - PAL - SECAM Standards around the world. The DVD Player plays DVD discs from any world region. This set does not have a built-in ATSC Digital TV Tuner and, therefore, will not be compatible for Digital-TV reception. Digital-TV will be a standard adopted in the USA after 2/17/2009 and this TV will not receive over-the-air reception without an Optional external converter box. This Toshiba 20SLDT1 was not intended for USA marketing and does not include a Toshiba USA warranty.
