It comes with two individual non-stick chafing dishes which hold 2.5 quarts. Each dish comes with clear dome PC lids. Each non-stick chafing dish fits inside the pan holder, which can be removed so you can use the chafing dishes and warming tray alone. The stainless steel heating surface is durable and easy to clean.
