Description
Designer Sean O'Hara emphasizes the glowing warmth of acacia wood by accenting this 14"-diameter cheese tray with a granite cutting surface and accompanying the tray with a lustrous 9" stainless steel knife. Shaped in a double curve for beauty and utility, the knife fits comfortably in the hand and has a pointed tip for impaling cheese slices so they can be easily transferred to crackers or plates. The tray's swooping rim, inspired by a butterfly, rises to 2.5" tall. Acacia, a dense, durable hardwood, features finely patterned grain of varying shades and, being naturally resinous, will not absorb stains or odors. The tray and granite cutting surface can be hand washed with warm soapy water. Forged of durable, rust-resistant 18/10 stainless steel, the knife is dishwasher safe.
