This is a staggeringly stunning original 1950's silk crepe chiffon and satin cocktail party / prom dress. Made of sheer midnight black silk chiffon and heavy satin, this beauty features a classic New Look silhouette with a fitted bodice, nipped waist and impressive bubble skirt. The low scooped piped neckline, illusion bodice features a ruched shelf bust that enhances a small bust. In the back the chiffon fastens at the neck with a snap set with piping bow. Long sheer sleeves have snaps at the wrist. The nipped waist / midriff area is done in heavy silken black satin and sits over an amazing gathered bubble skirt. The bodice is fully lined with black silky acetate and zips up the back with a metal zipper. The skirt has three layers, the under layer which supports the heavy bubble hem is a cotton like fabric. Over this is the black acetate and the top layer is the gathered silk chiffon crepe. A knock-out dress that will stand-out at your next dance, cocktail party, or special event. Viva Las Vegas is coming very soon - add this dazzling dress to your bombshell wardrobe.
