It begins with a Digital AM/FM radio with selectable station presets, a single CD player that can play CD as wel as CDR and CDRW formats, two 2-Way speakers, and a convenient remote control. There an amplifier delivering 70 Watts total power.-But you also get a flip-dock to fit your iPod so you can play your iPod and enjoy your iTunes through the system. There are Programmable timer modes to lull you asleep or awake. Instead of one tone control, the UXLP5 has separate Bass and Treble controls to fine-tune the Sound to meet your tastes. There's also a selectable JVC Hyperbass mode, which adds emphasis to lower frequencies that might be missed in a system this small.-Elegantly styled, this system can complement a Desktop at work or fit in virtually any room of your home.
