Grumbacher uses two formulas for their pan watercolors, so you can enjoy the clarity of a transparent watercolor or the velvety coverage of an opaque. The colors are poured into large, circular cakes that snap in and out of the trays for cleaning and rearranging. Each set comes with a choice of either 12 or 24 colors. and includes a pointed, round red sable watercolor brush. The opaque watercolor sets include a 5 ml tube of Chinese White. Includes 12 pans, one in each of the following transparent colors: Yellow, Vermilion, Carmine, Violet, Ultramarine, Prussian Blue, Blue Green, Yellow Green, Yellow Ochre, Burnt Sienna, Raw Umber, and Lamp Black.
