An iconic Italian design for the younger set, the 5300 Chair was designed with children's needs in mind. The legs and body, fastened together with chunky plastic screws under the body's surface, are formed by two U-shaped elements, and the legs come with rubber caps to limit the amount of noise made by chair movement. Two lateral holes are placed at the sides of the seat to operate as handles and to allow horizontal coupling and stacking. Lateral fastening, which children as well as adults can perform, creates long rows of seating in a short amount of time. With smaller proportions and a selection of bright primary color options, this chair appeals to children's tastes and meets their unique needs.
