Made from the same concept a the madhatter, but with a slight change. There are six points tipped off with bells, so you jingle to the burst of fireworks on the 4th of July. Red and white velvet are complimented with the royal blue band with white stars. The 6" high crown has a 2" wide brim. Inside the crown is a secret pocket and a velcro adjustable band for a comfortable fit. Available color: Red/White/Blue. Available size: One size fits most, velcro strap adjustable.
