This is gorgeous! Really had us fooled at first too - while it most definitely appears 30s in the style and fabric, we believe it is actually 80s. We've shown several ways to wear it, very versatile. Comes with the original hat pin, also in rich purple. The color in the photos is not coming out quite right, actually a rich, deep purple, rather than cranberry. Very soft velvet with a mesh interior. Two front pieces of fabric are twisted together to appear like abstract roses. The portion that actually sits on your head is about 10" x 6". It's gorgeous! Very nice pre-owned condition.
