Description
The 917 takes design references from the original Speed Cat Mid and Future Cat Mid. The outsole and foxing tape wrap up, creating a cylindrical heel shape. The sole design is fairly smooth with grooves rather than lugs. The dip in the back collar line prevents Achilles tendon irritation. Upper pattern based on a U-throat and T-toe format to further reference the Speed Cat. Named after the Porsche 917.
