The camera comes with Canonâ  s full frame CMOS sensor that lets you capture enhanced images with an effective resolution of 16.7 MP. Its high performance DIGIC II Image Processor supports 4 frames-per-second shooting for up to 32 shots (JPEG) and for up to 11 shots (RAW) image formats. With its 21-zone TTL full aperture metering and six metering options, it lets you precisely measure the exposure as well as have enhanced exposure control in almost any situation. In addition to the standard professional IEEE1394 (Firewire) port, the EOS-1Ds Mark II includes a USB port for direct connection to PictBridge-compatible printers. The camera is also compatible with Canon's full line of EOS lenses, which ensures excellent photographic performance. The EOS-1Ds Mark II Digital Camera comes bundled with Canon's EOS Digital Solution Disk (Version 9.0), and Digital Photo Professional (Version 1.5) for seamlessly transforming data captured into a spectacular digital file.
