Key features include glass and stainless lids for see-through monitoring of food as it cooks, nonstick interiors for easy clean-up and healthful cooking paired with heavy-gauge, hard-anodized aluminum for even heating and lasting performance, stay-cool, arched handles that are double-riveted to provide comfort and instill confidence while cooking, and full-capacity lines along the interiors to prevent over-filling.
